I am still here!
This 'cybernetic-cafe' was not open by 12:30 yesterday.
I had to leave from here and go directly to the Fair.
All is good - save for some blistered feet.
I'm walking really slowly and carefully.
Feet really hurt.

Fair is ok.
Aside from the usual and expected incidents -
nothng much is happening for either "Event Staff",
"Security" or even - Blessings Be! - "Medical".
There was the 2 month old with an alergic reaction
and the diabetic - but I was told that those are well
within the expected, normal routine.

Ok.
The other day -
I don't now remember which one -
I made the unwitting and unknowing crack about -
"No Camel Jokes, Please!"
Well -
just to show the Goddess is listening to Me -
and is having a bit of fun with the Paganus -
there is a baby - by now 4/5? day old - baby camel
in the Petting Zoo.
Name is Delilah.
She is adorable.
Very wobbly on Her legs -
but very alert for 4/5? days old.
We also have a baby yak.
Small, black and lots of curly fur.

Been working Lot A since I blistered out.
I sit down a lot out there.
Not much to do till around sundown.
Then We get the vendors coming in and out for the
night crew.
I have some 15 to maybe 16 year olds working "Traffic".
Not sure how much help they are.

OK.
As You can tell -
it's been activity quiet.
It's even a bit more audio quiet out at "A Gate".
Save for those dirt-hill jumpin' BMX Bikers.
They rev theose two & four stroker's up and - Rrrrumble!
One of them took a spill yesterday.
Ambulance came and took Him away.
Almost the most the most excitement of the day yesterday.
Yes - that's how 'activity quiet' it is out where I was yesterday.
Where will the gimpy Paganus be today?
I don't know.
I am just not going to be doing much walking.
That much I do know.

I also had a thought as I was going zen yesterday.
Ought to find out If the Renn. Festival people can get
a booth here.
Advertise Their event(s) in the Spiring here in the late summer early fall.
Also ought to see if We can get a Pagan/Wiccan/Alternative Faiths booth.
The bible-thumpin' evengelical's are as thick as flies.
At least - and this is also very unusual - They are behaving themselves.
As much as they ever do. {As if!}
We also need representation.
Whom do We know that is good at not evalgelizing -
but just crewing a booth and being there for questions
and answers?
Whom could We get - next year??? - for this?
Just more thoughts from the Paganus as I got/will get dusted
in the parking lot!

Blessings & Greetings!

Yesterday was the first of two appearances
by 'El Toro Huaco' - the 'Mexican Rodeo'.
They'll be back next weekend.
Some gorgeous horses.
Prancers, dancers and high-steppers.
There was also a group of Young Ladies in yellow
dresses riding their mounts.
Tried for a couple of digital cell-phone photos.
Not sure how well they turned out.
Those horses were the stars of the show.
At least out where I was working they were.
Today we have Raven Symone in the Main Arena.
She ought to draw a few teens and their families.
I won't be bothered with any of that.
She's a long way down the Fasirgrounds from me
and my dry and dusty 'Carnivale' gate.
Business was so good yesterday that the
Vendor who has the Beer Concession was really happy.
Sold a lot of beer to the "Rodeo" people.

Noticed something yesterday.
Little girls and big trucks.
This time they were Hispanic girls and big trucks.
Guess girls just like it big.

OK.
Yesterday was quiet.
Activity quiet.
Between the loudspeakers at the 'Rodeo' -
the Mexican 1440 AM radio station -
and the Carnivale rides - it was very noisy.
I hear that there was action for the Medics, Sheriff
and Security in the rest of the Fair -
but next to nothing out where I work.
Which Is just exactly how I like it.

Well -
It's about time to get on the road and get to work.
Find out what kind of trouble I can stay out of for
today!

Sanctus - 10/08/2006

Blessings & Greetings.

I am here for only a short moment.

Yesterday was sunny, dusty and noisy.
Back in my 'backside of nowhere' corner of the
Fair - nothing much of anything was happening.
I heard there were some lost kids, a couple of fights,
a punk kid trying strongarm tactics to get ride bracelets,
and a possible assault on a Security person.
Out at the "Carnivale" gate none of that happens.
You have Vendors, 'Carnies", Exhibitors, BMX Riders/Racers,
Dirt Track Motorsports cars and Medics and Sherrff.
Real quiet activity wise.
Not so quiet audio wise.
Back side of the Carnivale.
Screams from the rides all day long.
BMX races all day long.
That's nothing.
No crowds and weirdness where I am.
Or - Where I was yesterday.
I am scheduled there again today.
Where I actually will be - I do not yet know.

Family is OK.
"Serena-Cat" gave me an earful last night
when I got back in.
"MEE-Row! Where HAVE You been?"

So -
All is good.
So far all is good.
Let's keep it that way.

No activity on the Boards or Blogdrive.
All is quiet online - as of this moment.

I'm out-of-here.

Blessings & Greetings.

It's Saturn's Day.
Fair opens today.
I'll be going in at 15:00 {3:00p} till
around 23;30 {11:30p}{pacific.}.
It is not nearly as cloudy as it was yesterday.
Promises to be warmer an dustier as I am
scheduled to be working the "Carnivale" Gate.
Checking ID's and giving directions.
It's like the back of issued shirt says - "Event Staff".
Not sure what that means.
It's so vague it could mean anything.
Yesterday was quiet.
Just set-up by all the Exhibitors, Vendors
and 4H and FFA'ers. {Future Farmers of America}.
Worked the Exhibiter's tent, the Commercial tent
and the Kiddie Zone which inclues the Small Animal
and Baby Animal Petting Zoo.
And You can't forget the "Pig Races" -
that and the "Turkey Stampede".
Whatever those are?!?
So it goes on My second {2nd} day of ten {10} to work this Fair.

"Seeds" has been posted to the Planting the Gardens
sub-section of the Spirit Gardens.

I am off to work tomorrow at the So. Cal. Fair.
I hope to be able to be here for at least 30 minutes
to an hour before heading off to work.
I need at least an hour to get to work from either here
at the 'cybernetic cafe' or the Household.
I am scheduled to work at 15:00 {3:00p}{pacific/'california'}.
That means I have to be out of the Household and over here
by noon so I can have at least 30 minutes - perhaps an hour - online before the drive to work.
As always - the work itself is not My main concern during
these ten (10) days. It is the driving from here to there and back again.
After I complete this 'work assignment' there is the
possibility of a well paid postition in Corona.
That is even farther away than Lake Perris.
It is for taking calls for shop equipment and tools.
It purportedly pays $1000 a week.
Good money - if it is real - but do I want to hassle the
drive from here to there and back again - even for
a paycheck of supposedly $1000 a week?
I need to think on this.
I really need to seriously think on this.
However - I need to first get past this Fair.
As has been said -
"Let eat this apple one bite at a time."

I am still working the Spirit Gardens.
Soon - this Freya/Frid's - I shall also be
working the Southern California Fair.
This used to be known as the Farmer's Fair.
Seems like a nice, quiet Fair.
Other than the expected Demo Derby's and
Monster Trucks, Concerts and 'Mexican Rodeo' -
It should not even be all that noisy.
Then again - I'm the Paganus.
What do I know?

are being prepared and planted.
The first two (2) entries are posted.
Under Awakening Dream You will find "One Lone Candle".
Under Planting the Gardens You will find "Preparing the Ground".
The ground is rocky.
The ground needs to be cleared and prepared before
the Gardens are planted.
Much work is needing to be done.
Much work will be done.

Saturday was a terrible day. Spent the entire day at the hospital. Left around 330-400, got home around 5 I think. It was rough there that day that is for sure. Had an emergency call at 930 pm to get back to the hospital. Ended up getting back home after 1am. Right now I am getting ready to go to the hospital to talk to the doctors and discuss plans. Jesus, I am tired of thinking. As we know it is something that I try not to do. hahaha

Tomorrow I have an attunement planned. The first of four until I pass the course. Looking forward in it really. I have to study this evening, if I have time. I plan on making the time though. After this one I will have 4 more to go through. Kinda exciting really. My teacher explained that it may be good if I go ahead and do the attunement before I leave on my trip to give me an added boost in the old chakras. Any boost is welcome.hahaha

I have officially called this "Hell Week". As this is the week to make sure everything is completed and moving smoothly. Shields Up and about. haha I shall be releasing many thought forms to help in the protecting of myself, my family and home. Intruders beware. Should be interesting to say the least. haha

I will be shutting the home front down so far you will have to look upon the hinges of hell to seek it. :)

Been a lot crazy here that is for sure. Home for three hours then gone for two. Then back home for two or maybe three hours then gone again. Really hard to get anything accomplished. Yesterday I did stay home during the day to catch up on work. Didnt accomplish that but I did make head way.

We are transferring dad to another hospital where he will be able to have intensive treatments and therapy. Been touch and go really but we just keep plugging away here. Have some very bad days and some good days. He is now up to the year 1957. Some days he slips and is actually in 1996, which is good. With therapy they are hoping he re-gains strength and better speech training. Have to wait and see.

I will be flying to CA to handle legal matters. Not looking forward in that but something that has to be done. I'll be there for 14 days I think. Should give me plenty of time to get things done. I have to start making a list of things, but truthfully I am tired. No, that is an understatement of describing the feeling.

Children are all pulling together and just being the way they are, wonderful. Taking over the things that I do not have time for or forget. Makes it so much easier.

Regarding the Quest matter. Let it go. It was meant to play this way as a learning experience. Renegade pointed out something that was important. Gossip. This is something that we all must overcome. As it is a response from within that needs to be worked on. In looking at it we must distinguish if it was done from malice or simply the need to express information of knowing. Since I see it as it was not malice it is the later. Yet it does not give one the excuse to gossip. I understand and appreciate the actions and there is no true anger as I realize it is normal instinct to "talk".  As those that are on the path to enlightenment we must take the time to consider that there are times when talking about what we hear/read is not the correct action to be taking. We must refrain from the mundane ways if we are to be a step above the grade.
It takes active thought not to submit to the discussing of others and their lives.
Especially if it does not directly effect us we simply should close our minds and mouths to what we hear and not go forth to add any more to the tale that we were told.
It is not easy to do. Requiring work from the inside. A mental re-training

Well, now that I have said that. Did you hear about.........  hahaha
